Sets the keep-alive timeout.

Parameter

[In] ms : Keep-alive timeout (ms)

NOTE
The default timeout is 30,000(30sec)

Return Value

If successfully done, BS_SDK_SUCCESS will be returned.
If there is an error, the corresponding error code will be returned.
