1.Fixed an issue that could lead to infinite loops when network communication is lost and WSA_INVALID_HANDLE occurs after the device is connected through SDK.

2.Fixes a problem that can cause too many debugging logs output during packet processing during communication.

• Newly added DEBUG_LOG_OPERATION_ALL(0xFF), the level used in BS2_SetDebugExCallback and BS2_SetDebugFileLog.
