[In] zoneID : Global Anti Passback zone Id

NOTE
Packet sequence must be the same with the value from OnCheckGlobalAPBViolationByDoorOpen

If successfully done, BS_SDK_SUCCESS will be returned.
If there is an error, the corresponding error code will be returned.
